Additional Support (Overage Pricing)

If you exceed your monthly allowance, additional support can be added as follows:

Additional RAMS review: from £150 per document

Additional RAMS creation: from £300 per document

Additional admin/support time: £75 per hour

All additional work must be confirmed and approved in writing before it is initiated.

Minimum Term & Cancellation

To maintain consistent availability and delivery standards:

Minimum term: 3 months

After the minimum term, cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice

Invoices are issued monthly in advance

Work begins once the scope is agreed upon and payment is received
